Love this shot... hope you don't mind but I've been experimenting with some recolouring and treatments. Take a look here... [link]

You'll have to excuse my if I'm not cross linking or crediting correctly - I'm a new here so just getting to grips with the controls / protocol / etiquette... etc

hi - how are you? Yeah about this credit thing, you have to be really careful and it is not the people like myself (in other words the people directly involved) that you have to worry about,it's usually talentless individuals that have nothing to do with you or the person concerned getting theirselves involved without knowing the facts at all and creating problems that they know absolutely nothing about. so I can sympathise with you my friend as is has happened to me like you wouldn't believe. Even though I created and designed an image, so way involved in the process I still had these people on my case for a news reporter not crediting them (even though I asked him to in an interview I did). but don't worry about them mate they are meaningless. unfortunately the link doesn't work however i would love to see what you have done and don't worry about me and this crediting thing. Like I said it is normally people that are indirectly involved, don't let them bother you. I agree with you I thought this would be more of a positive forum to create new art but it seems not!

Here you go I've reupped the experiment. Hope you like it. Let me know if you want the fullsize altered image and I'll send it so you can use it.

Also let me know if you want me to experiment with any other images and I'll send you the results of those too. Thanks for the use of the image.

Ah cool, cheers... is there a way to send just you the pic?

If not I'll re-up it and send you a link... It was really just a recolouring and ageing process that I was experimenting with.

I wanted to design a treatment for steampunk pictures that kind of aped early photography but also did some impossible thing (like steampunk) so I was trying to mix kind of sepia and Technicolour but with a heavy grain and scratches and fading

Dude, I love it! Great detail, especially around the right eye on the goggles.
